We have been hard at work getting our Hotel ready for our reopening as well as keeping it a safe environment for all our visitors, guests and staff members. All of our team are provided with the correct PPE to ensure they keep themselves and our customers safe at all times. Clear screens have been fitted to our reception and bar areas for added protection. We have significantly increased and adapted our cleaning processes in bedrooms and public areas to eliminate the risk of cross contamination. All of our staff and contractors undergo daily temperature checks to ensure they are symptom free before starting work. All of our guests and visitors are asked to sign a declaration stating that they and their household members have been symptom free for 14 days.
Social distancing measures are in place throughout the hotel to keep you safe. Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the public areas of the hotel. We now don’t accept cash payments in the hotel to minimise the risk of transaction. Contactless card payments and room charging are accepted. We now offer a grab and go continental breakfast that can be collected from reception. All of our suppliers now operate a drop and go policy, ensuring social distancing is in place for all our deliveries.
