The main purpose of the job is:
- To keep the kitchen department clean and tidy by the use of weekly cleaning schedules and requests from the Head Chef and kitchen brigade.
- To wash pots, pans and cutlery and keep area clean. Load and unload dishwasher as well as handwash china etc.
- To put away kitchen stock, empty bins, to ensure floor is kept clean and dry at all times.
You must be flexible to work early shifts, late nights and weekends.
Wages: £9.00 per hour
