Here at the Bromley Court Hotel we rely on our biggest asset, our team, to make our guest experiences unique and memorable. Over the past week a number of our Restaurant and Kitchen team members have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace and asked to self-isolate.
While the team are all safe and well, we are sadly in a position where we are no longer able to operate our full food and beverage offering to the high levels of service that we aim to deliver, and have therefore taken the difficult decision to close the Garden Restaurant for Lunch, Afternoon Tea & Room Service. Dinner service will now be a two course fork buffet offering only for hotel residents. These changes will take effect as of Monday 26th July for a period of 3 weeks.
This will allow our team members to stay safe and rest at home in accordance with the law and government requirements.
Breakfast in the Garden Restaurant will remain open for hotel guests and the Garden Bar will remain open for drinks only. The Starbuck Lounge bar will be closed during this time. .
Our team are currently contacting all guests by priority of arrival date order, however should you wish to amend your upcoming Lunch, Afternoon Tea, or Dinner booking, you can do so by clicking the link below and rebooking for another date.
We would like to reassure any guests who are affected by this closure, that all guests will have complete flexibility to change their booking to a new date should they wish.
This decision has not been made lightly, but the health of our team members and guests remains our number one priority.
The Bromley Court Hotel is a Covid-secure business that has been awarded the AA Covid Confident shield.
