The hotel is the perfect venue for weddings and for private functions. We have a range of function rooms that can cater for any number from 20 to 180 people. All the rooms have air-conditioning and natural daylight; four of the rooms have fitted sprung dance floors. There is ample, free car parking and guests can make use of our extensive landscaped gardens.
For weddings we offer three inclusive packages: Sapphire, Pearl and Ruby. We are also licensed for Civil Marriage and Partnership Ceremonies.
The hotel is also ideal for family celebrations, dinner dances, ladies’ nights, corporate functions and club lunches or dinners.

Our Banqueting Suites
The hotel has five Function / Banqueting Suites:
The Wellington Suite:
It is fully air conditioned and has its own separate arrival room with full bar for receiving your guests. It also has a sprung dance floor. There is a patio and seating area immediately outside leading to the landscaped gardens. The room is ideal for 60 to 110 persons at a seated reception or 150 persons at a finger buffet reception.
The Garden Restaurant Suite:
It is fully-air conditioned and has its own separate arrival lounge with full bar for receiving your guests. There is access to the landscaped gardens with patios and seating areas. The room has a sprung dance floor and we can provide a DJ if required; please request a quotation. The Garden Restaurant is ideal for 100 to 180 persons at a seated reception or 250 at a finger buffet reception.
The Ravensbourne Room:
It is fully air-conditioned and has a full bar and sprung dance floor. Access to the gardens can be obtained through the lounge bar area in the main reception. The Ravensbourne room can accommodate 30 to 60 persons at a seated reception or 65 at a finger buffet reception.
Shakespeare Room:
This is licensed for Civil Marriage and Partnership ceremonies. The room can seat up to 60 persons for a ceremony. Alternatively it can accommodate 20 to 40 persons at a seated reception or 50 at a finger buffet reception. The room is air-conditioned and has a sprung dance floor. A bar can be set up in an adjacent room.
The Farnborough Room:
This elegant air-conditioned room with its bay windows and traditional decor is perfect for 20 to 40 persons at a seated reception or 50 at a finger buffet reception. The room does not have facilities for an evening reception requiring a bar and disco.
